Summary
The Quality Associate is responsible for assisting the Quality Manager in achieving and maintaining PACsecure certification, maintaining document control, and assisting the Quality department as needed.
Responsibilities
- iFS PACsecure Standar Representative:
- Trained and knowledgeable about the standard requirements
- Maintains HACCP plan workbook
- Maintains Food Safety records, forms and documentation
- Trains HACCP Team members
- Facilitates the implementation of initiatives that support the packaging material safety and quality objectives.
- Document Control:
- Maintains the control of new, revised and/or obsolete documents
- maintains the Work Instructions folder and Master Index
- Facilitates Process owner review of documentation
- Ensures document control records are current and available
- Initiates trainingfor document changes
- Performs Internal Audits
- Performs other job duties as assigned
